Egg Roll Tip #1: Make sure you use the right wrappers.

We’ve used large and small spring roll wrappers as well as egg roll wrappers.

Six inch squares is the safest size to use!

Most of the recipe below will use classic egg roll wrappers. Sometimes they’re hard to find. Don’t use rice wrappers unless you’re making fresh spring rolls.

Egg Roll Tip #2: Make sure your oil is hot!

Before placing the egg rolls into the pan, make sure your oil is hot!

Otherwise, all your filling may spew out into the pan!

Egg Roll Tip #3: Completely seal each egg roll before frying.

Double and triple check your seals!
