Always very pleased with M&M! Friendly service, flexible scheduling, quality product at very fair price. I’ve used them twice now due to ants/spiders and the chemicals are safe for humans and pets, we didn’t even have to leave the home during/after treatment. Treatment is guaranteed to last at least 90 days or they’ll retreat for no charge but the first treatment lasted over a year before I started seeing ants again. I am also very happy to support local small family owned business :-) thanks M&M!

The business owner, Miguel, is incredibly helpful and respectful, and treated my home for a drain fly infestation within 48 hours of my initial call. That was 4 weeks ago... no new flies! Cannot recommend highly enough.

I have used MM Pest Control Services two times. Both times Miguel came to my house the same day I called and did a great job! He is professional, friendly and has great customer service/communication. (plus he guarantees his work) Having a stranger come to my house is never an exciting thing for me but the moment I met him he immediately made me feel comfortable. We have had a persistent mouse problem for several years and finally wanted to get a pro to look at our situation. Miguel arrived the day after I called him as we had arranged. He inspected our basem*nt where the droppings were found and explained how they're getting in. He then inspected every inch of our foundation, looking behind the first course of siding with a mirror and sealed small holes at numerous locations. He then left several traps with me and said we could expect to catch a few more in the next week or two, and that we should call if we see any activity after that. I trapped 3 mice in the next 2 days and we have been completely mouse-free for the last 2 months. We couldn't be more pleased with his ability to solve our problem.

They came out to spray my yard for boxelder bugs. They were the nicest people starting from when I called and asked questions to when they were at my house walking me through the process! Would recommend to everyone and will use them every year as these bugs love to feast on our landscaping.

I called M&M late Friday afternoon after I had been suffering with carpenter ants for 3 weeks. Every time I thought I had sprayed where they were coming from they would then come from another direction. Mike must have heard the desperation in my voice because an hour later he came over, looked over the whole house and sprayed inside and out. I have not seen an ant or spider since then. Mike is awesome and he backs up his services with a fair price and an honest deal. I have now hired him to come every 3 months so I can keep everything under control from this point forward. We called MM Monday morning after hearing mice in our walls Saturday night. Miguel was out Monday afternoon to fit our schedule and was very thorough. He also was very polite and explained everything, took the time to get to know us, and was passionate about helping us out.

I called him and within 24 hours he was at my house and solved my mice problem! He knows his stuff! Locally owned business and reasonably priced. I can't recommend M&M enough! If we have any other issues, I would not hesitate to contact him again!

Messaged MM Pest Control Services about an underground Yellow Jacket nest next to my garage as I was planning to mow the lawn. Miguel showed up in a few hours and did his magic. A few days ago prior to calling, I had seen maybe a dozen bees flying around my house thinking there was a nest in my sidings. Luckily I spotted the underground nest and thankfully Miguel was able to get rid of them for me. It could've gotten bad for my kids. Thank you Miguel and MM Pest Control Services.

These guys did a great job, we had box elder bugs coming in our office like crazy last year. This year, nothing, not a single one. We could definitely use again.

I used this service for an ant problem. They did okay. They did have to come twice for the problem to be resolved. I liked that they accommodated my schedule and were prompt.
